POWER MOVES REFORMER

Reform

Get ready to sculpt and sweat, tone and tighten. Our Power Moves Reform classes are programmed to challenge you, building on the basic movements that you have learnt in fundamentals. Reform combines balance, strength and endurance so you can get more out of your workout.

These classes require a reasonable amount of fitness and Reformer Pilates experience. We suggest attending 5 Fundamentals classes before you attend a Reform class.

For all of the Pilates enthusiasts that are up for the challenge! In this class we will keep you challenged and progressing.

Incorporating all of the movements you already know and love to some that you may have never done before, this class will challenge you - in the best way possible!

These classes require a good level of Reform class experience.

POWERHOUSE SWEAT

Powerhouse Sweat is not your typical Pilates class; it's Mat Pilates with a heart pumping twist. A high-intensity workout incorporating weights and cardio for the ultimate strength and toning session with the added challenge of infrared heat. Get ready to sweat, as all muscle groups will be pushed to their limits. 

Suitable for all levels - our Trainers will continually offer modified options. However, be mindful that this session will incorporate challenging and high-intensity exercises.

Powerhouse CLASSIC

Think classic Matwork Pilates with a dynamic edge.

Drawing on elements of functional fitness, conditioning and classic Pilates principles this class is designed to deliver the ultimate total body toning session.

These classes may be taught with a prop or two, or entirely equipment free.

POWER MOVES YOGA

Harmonizing breath and movement, you'll seamlessly transition between poses with strength and intention in this class. It's a dynamic meditation in motion, enriched with a mental focus.

Vinyasa yoga serves to establish a centered and tranquil tone, incorporating the element of heat and culminating in a peak pose.

If you have never practiced Yoga before, we do suggest starting with our Stretch and Flow class first.

STRETCH & fLOW

POWER MOVES YOGA

Commencing with a gentle vinyasa sequence, the initial phase of this class focuses on gradually warming the body. The latter part involves transitioning to a series of supported yin yoga postures, accompanied by accessible mindfulness and meditation techniques.

As you conclude the session, you'll experience an elevated posture and a heightened sense of strength.

Experience our slowest movement class as you transition through extended poses crafted to stretch your body and ease your mind. This session integrates mindfulness techniques, emphasizing breath, body scans, muscle release, and meditation. Leave the studio with a profound sense of spaciousness and calm.

This restorative practice serves as an ideal counterpart to our other, more high energy classes, enhancing mobility and fostering mental strength and concentration.
